Money Matters
Tipzster offers a variety of memberships. In order to empower our members to maximize the value of utilizing Tipzster, each category allows for unlimited earnings. There are no limits in the amount of money you can make. We do not limit the number of leads you can deposit.
Pay-Out amounts vary according to the membership categories.
What does a Tipzster membership cost?
Click on the "Pick a Membership Plan" button to check our current pricing.
How do I earn money from depositing a lead?
Upon receipt of your lead deposit, Tipzster's sister company, Corporate Interim Consulting (CIC), will contact the company and offer its assistance. If the company engages CIC, you will earn a referral fee for each consultant CIC places with the client.
Do I have to pay before deposit my leads?
Yes - It's an extraordinary program designed for individuals who want to use their acquired information to increase their financial rewards. For you to benefit from the lead you deposit, membership is required.
Do I earn anything if my lead deposit does not convert into an assignment?
No - Earnings occur only when your deposited lead directly results in an engaged assignment for CIC. For this reason, it's to your financial benefit to deposit as much relevant information as you can and as often as you'd like.
How do I receive my payment for a lead deposited that is converted into an assignment?
When a lead deposit results in an engagement, we will immediately inform you of the good news. You will then be asked to provide additional personal information so we can process the transaction and make the appropriate referral payment to you. Any and all payments will be made via check in U.S. dollars. Please be aware that all payments are 1099 earnings and subject to Federal and State income taxes. A 1099 statement will be issued each year in January, so you will have confirmaiton of your earnings from the previous year.
At the beginning of every year, the firm provides an IRS 1099 Form to all of its members. This represents all earnings a member has accumulated from the variety of leads they've deposited for the prior calender year. This 1099 Form can and should be given to your accounting service in order to appropriately calculate taxes.
Is it possible for a member's pay-out to remain unclaimed?
Strange as it seems, yes this could happen for a couple of different reasons: 1) A member could neglect to give us appropriate, updated contact information. So, even though they've submitted a great lead and it, in turn converted into a profitable project, we could be unsuccessful in contacting them with the good news because the information we have is either wrong or outdated. 2) A member could wait too long to claim their pay-out. Once a member's lead becomes eligible for a pay-out, we inform the member of the good news. From that date, the member has up to 6 months to claim their pay-out. If the member does not respond to our notifications within that 6 month period of time, they forfeit that particular pay-out. Any and all monies relating to that pay-out then and only then revert back to the firm.
General Information
How does "anonymous & confidential" work?
In today's world, as we all know, privacy is a very critical issue. Tipzster recognizes this issue to be of utmost importance to our business model.
Members always have the option to direct us when they wish to remain anonymous with respect to any given lead. This is why our "default" position, with respect to any/all leads, is to tie the lead to a Member's self-designated "Code Name" selected for that particular Lead Deposit. A Member's real name is used only if/when the member themselves expressly instructs us to utilize it in our prospective client follow-up (through the "Real Name question in the "Deposit My Lead" form).
"Anonymous & confidential" means that we handle any follow-up with the prospective client in that manner with respect to the source of that particular lead.
Alternatively, there are many times that a member might want, suggest or even require that utilizing their real name with respect to a given lead would not only be helpful, but quite necessary in the follow-up with the prospective client.
"Anonymous & confidential" is always a member's choice on each and every lead shared.
Who can get involved with Tipzster?
Tipzster is open to anyone - regardless of level, education, geography, etc. Tipzster is designed to serve as an incentive for anyone who comes across valuable work-related leads that are, in their opinion, worth sharing.
What's an example of a good lead?
It can be a variety of things. At its core, it's work-related information pertaining to a company that has a legitimate need. This need could relate to conuslting, or projects, or assignments that would necessitate a company looking for people with a certain talent, experience-level or skill-set.
At the end of the day, our afilliated firms help companies, both large and small, with a variety of work related issues across all corporate functions: i.e., HR, Accounting, IT, Marketing, Legal, etc.
It's easy. Whenever you're networking and come across a great lead, that you believe might be worth sharing, let us know by depositing it.
Initially, to become a member, click the "Pick a Membership Plan" button and select one of the options.
Besides depositing leads, will I have any other obligations?
No! Members have no obligations - just opportunities!
What kind of lead is worth depositing?
Anything really. Any work-related information that you believe represents a need that a company has which would, in turn, be a real opportunity for someone to find work, or a project or an assignment.
Does Tipzster specialize in certain business areas, geographies or industries?
No. We are capable of managing leads from any part of the world regarding companies large or small, in any industry or function. Our ability to help members and clients is broad and diverse.
What is the procedure for depositing a lead? Is it complicated?
No, the process is not complicated at all.
Once you've become a member, click on the "Deposit My Lead" button. This will take you to the appropriate form. Simply fill out the information. We'll take it from there.
Feel free to share as many leads as you'd like, as often as you'd like. Remember, since there's no limit on how many leads you can share, there's no limit on how much money you can make.
How many leads can I deposit? Are there any limitations?
No - You can deposit as many different company needs as you discover. Even if you are not 100% sure, deposit the lead and we will do all the work to confirm if the lead is truly valid and legitimate.
What if two members deposit the same lead?
This situation can happen.
In the event it does, Tipzster accepts only the first deposit as valid. For the benefit of all our members, information deposited through the Tipzster website provides confirmaiton of the date, time as well as content. This time/date stamp resolves any case of duplicate deposits amongst members.
Does every lead convert into a profitable project?
No! There could be a number of reasons why a lead would not convert into a project and therefore not convert into a payment. For example, we have the right to reject a potential project if the working conditions are not suitable to us, if the duration of the project does not fit our criteria, if the client's budget is not agreable to our billing rates, etc.
Is it possible to upgrade membership?
Yes! Even though our 3 paid memberships are annual, Tipzster does allow members to increase their ability to earn by permitting them to move up in membership categories (within their 12-month membership term). Our Terms of Service explains the one-time only charges for upgrading a membership.
What other "sharing" resources are out there?
We are living in a more global, more sharing environment then ever before. There are a variety of resources out there for people who are interested in some of the changes going on. As a place to get started, we recommend you check out:

If I'm currently unemployed, can Tipzster help me land an opportunity?
Quite possibly.
How? Members benefit from leads shared by other members. It's important to keep in mind that while, on the one hand, Tipzster is about incenting, motivating and paying members for their leads that are deposited and convert into projects with clients.
On the other hand, it is also critical to note that for every lead shared, that is converted into an assignment, that lead also becomes an opportunity for someone to work. That is, part of Tipzsters whole purpose is to better unearth opportunities for people to find work.
Every Tipzster member receives, in effect, a dual benefit: 1) potentially profiting from leads that are shared and converted; and 2) potentially getting matched to opportunites from leads which are shared by other members. Remember: On any given day, one of those opportunities from around the world could be for you - a good solid match for your skills, your experience & your background.
Networker Members
I enjoy networking, do I have to do anything different to benefit from Tipzster?
No. Just keep on networking as usual. When you come across work-related leads, share them with us by converting them into "tipz." Begin converting the good will you've established within your network into profit for you and a wider dispersion of the valuable information you come across.

Absolutely! The good news is Tipzster has no quota on the number of leads a member must share. So, feel free to join and participate. Whenever you believe you "get wind" of a lead that's legitimate, share it. It could possibly be very profitable for you.

Do I risk something if I deposit a lead about my company?
No! As a member, you always have the option of keeping your "tipz" "annonymous & confidential." Any follow-up we do with a company under those restrictions never mention the source of the lead.
International Members
Is anything different if I'm somewhere else in the world?
No - we live in a world that is rapidly becoming more & more global. Our members can be from anywhere and the leads they share can reflect opportunities anywhere in the world.
How can leads from around the world help me where I live?
That's easy! The truth is, the world is getting smaller. Now, opportunities originate in places all the time that are about other geographies - other parts of the world. Interestingly, a member in New York might get a lead about a company in California and submit "tipz" about a need in London. It's precisely because of this new reality that Tipzster was created.
